Once all bolts are tightened and the system is in securely in place, pressure is transferred to the foundation wall permanently preventing any additional bowing or bulging of the wall. Helical Piers

The Helical Pier system is based on the principal of turning a screw anchor into stable subsoil until the necessary load capacity has been achieved spaced at proper intervals to support the weight loads specific to the structure. The bearing capacity is verified as the system is installed. The weight of your structure is then transferred to the helical piers. Once the process is complete, foundations, walls and floors are supported and further movement is restricted.
